Together, in a more casual setting, we explore different topics of the Christian life. Through teaching and discussion we grow and pray together, as a family, in our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Morning Service
Sunday’s at 10:45 am
Our weekly corporate gathering of all the saints on the Lord’s day for prayer, song, and biblical preaching from a qualified elder/pastor. The whole counsel of God is explored in a format that observes Scripture, interprets it within the original context, and then applies it to our life today.
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit. - Ephesians 2:19-22
For the kids
Sunday’s at 9:30 am
Every Sunday, before meeting together for worship, we have various classes suited for children over the age of 5. In these classes children participate in a variety of relevant activities as well as reviewing and learning about a specific story/lesson in Scripture for the day.

Douglas Youth Night

FBC has a long and consistent history of leading the Awana program at the church in the City of Douglas. With many repeat and dedicated volunteers and a deep commitment to raising the next generation as disciples of Jesus, we have seen much fruit from the labors of raising our young ones in the Lord.
For over six decades, the Lord has used the ministry of Awana to reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world. The unchanging truth of the gospel drives the same vision we’ve held all these years to reach children in every corner of the globe as we walk boldly into the future and continue to be used by God to help change the world. - Awana.org
Our Youth Night program for ages 13-18 is called “Against Goliath”, which teaches teens to stand strong against the enemy. This program is led by our pastor David Gonzales and deacon Charles Chambers. We hope to see you there!

We rejoin every Wednesday to discuss Sunday’s passage in more depth.
Ladies Bible study
Thursday’s at 9:00-11:30 am
Ladies of all ages get together to pray, study, and enjoy one another’s company.
Men’s Bible Study
Thursday’s at 6:30-7:30 pm
Men of all ages get together to dive into and discuss scripture.
Young Adult Fellowship
Friday’s at 6:00-7:00 pm
Young adults college age and up come together to enjoy each other’s company and discuss scripture.
